samullori - korean drumming

so after last nights happenings, i decided to do a little research into what i was actually doing. it turns out that this is called samullori and is an invention from 1978. it was formed by a band of that year in an attempt to recreate traditional dance and music that had been lost over the times. it is also said to be a dance of korean farmers, and the group that i was doing this with could have easily been farmers.
